No. 5 Faber is a private events facility located in the heart of the French Quarter in Downtown Charleston, SC. The renovated historic warehouse, complete with an exposed brick and beam style that brings together the historic charm with its modern amenities, can accommodate up to 225 people. The open, airy space acts as the perfect platform for all types of creative events and meetings, from intimate business luncheons to large wedding receptions.



The spacious property provides a fully-equipped bar with marble countertops and barstools, attractive lobby with a piano, and an intimate mezzanine lounge with banquet seating. A full commercial is also available for catered events. There are several small rooms and spaces that are easily converted into satellite bars, photo booths, or extra seating space.



Located just steps along a cobblestone street from the Charleston Waterfront Park, No. 5 Faber is centrally located and is within easy walking distance from downtown churches, hotels, restaurants, and bars with convenient parking in the adjacent parking garage on Cumberland St.



This turnkey facility is a fee-based concept, meaning that catering and additional services would be the responsibility of the renter and/or their event planner.
